Booking your MOT should take two minutes, not twenty. Our online system is open around the clock. Pick a date, confirm your details, and you’ll get an instant confirmation. e test Class 4 vehicles, and a free retest is available within 10 working days, subject to the retest policy, if your car doesn’t pass the first time.
How To Book
Click the ‘Book MOT Online’ button, enter your registration number, choose a date and time, and confirm. That’s it. You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email.

Our Mot Fee, And Why It's Lower Than Most
We charge £40 for every MOT test. The DVSA sets the maximum at £54.85; we’re well below that, and have been for years. We’re an independent garage with no franchise fees, which means lower overhead and lower prices for you.
A free retest is included on every booking. If your car fails and we carry out the repair, the retest is free. There are no conditions on this.
What To Expect On The Day
Drop your car off at our Castle Road premises any time from 8:00 am. The MOT test takes between 45 minutes and an hour. If you’re waiting, there’s free parking on site.
Our testers are DVSA-authorised, and every result is uploaded to the DVSA’s records immediately. Your MOT status can be checked through the government’s vehicle enquiry service, and your certificate can be downloaded from the MOT history service once the result appears online.
Can You Book Same-Day?
Subject to availability, yes. We often have same-day and next-day slots, particularly mid-week. Check availability using the online booking tool or call us directly for the fastest response.
