Leilani is a brave young girl who has a rare heart and lung condition. Unfortunately, the surgery she needs can only be done in Boston. I recently met Leilani at a charity football event, raising money for charity. After meeting her, I knew I had to do everything I could to help her get the surgery she deserves. I have never been so touched by someone so strong.

Leilani needs our help to get the surgery she needs and deserves. That is why I am asking for your support. Any donation, big or small, will make a difference in her life and will be greatly appreciated.

At AVS we are also doing our bit with the raffle, £20 a ticket based on the lottery bonus ball number your chance to win a PS5, limited tickets available, with all the money will be going to Leilani. Also, we are donating £5 of every invoice we generate to the fund.
